Refund Policy

Because we provide an intangible good in the form of use of our software, there are no items that you can return for a refund. While we continually strive to ensure your complete satisfaction and communicate our software's functionality in advance of your purchase, it is possible that our service does not perform as expected. Our refund policy in those rare circumstances are:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to let us know that you'd like to terminate service due to service-related problems (with specifics about service issue) and receive a refund.
  • We will credit the card you used to make the purchase when possible, otherwise we'll mail you a check.
  • To prevent abuse of our refund policy, we reserve the right to deny you further access to our software for a period of 12 months following the refund.
