I specialize in working with adolescents and adults on various issues including relationships, self-esteem, grief, depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, stress management, and healthy living skills. Listening and validating are two fundamental aspects of my practice. It is my goal to provide a safe and open environment in a private setting to help clients set and achieve their goals. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I appreciate the opportunity to assist clients on their journey.

Sessions are 1-hour, and I set a timer for 5 minutes before the end of the hour to allow time for us to wrap up and reschedule.
Through this portal, you are able to schedule and change your appointments and pay balances securely online with a credit, debit or HSA card.
I offer appointments in the office as well as via telehealth through the Jituzu Client Portal. Please let me know what works best for you.
