Howe is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Addictions Counselor, Certified
Professional Counselor, Masters Addictions Counselor and formally
the Clinical Supervisor at ROI Counseling. She has over ten years of
proven experience in the field of Drug, Alcohol Addictions and Mental
Health Therapy. Accomplished measurable results while leading several
clinical teams in dynamic, fast - paced environments. Clinical
experience includes the Clinical Director of the Salvation Army -
Hawaii, Therapeutic Support Specialist at The Achievement Center, and
Substance Abuse Counselor at The Center for Behavioral Health. Possesses
a comprehensive and extensive background in Addictions, Mental Health
Counseling, General Therapy, and the Criminal Justice System derived
from conducting domestic and global clinical operations in Japan,
Hawaii, Las Vegas, and New York. Career supported by a Masters Degree in
Clinical Mental Health from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada (UNLV)
and a dual Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from The
State University of New York at Fredonia.
