When you see Cathi, you may be looking for a therapist who sees you as someone who chose NOW as the perfect time to address change as an individual or as a couple.

Perhaps you are a couple and are looking for someone to help intentionally strengthen the good in your relationship, improve areas where you feel you are drifting, or help bridge the chasm that you are experiencing.
[Cathi specializes in couple's therapy, where treatment includes thorough assessments, identifying methods for healthy maintenance, repair, and learning new strategies for amicably resolving disputes to feel heard, understood, and eventually prompting direct improvements in communication, problem-solving and building resiliency in your relationship.]

Or perhaps you are looking for a therapist who can meet you individually to help you better understand & manage your stress level and build up your resiliency during intense life events. Maybe you are looking to target emotions (fear/anxiety/sadness/irritability/worry) and transform them into feelings you can mindfully identify and manage. Or perhaps you're looking to ease the weight of your symptoms and restore hope.
[Cathi has over a decade of experience treating anxiety, depression, and severe mental illness using individual and group treatments in the community and federal healthcare system.]
