I understand the struggle of managing deep emotions and the frustration of being caught in shame cycles; feeling like you are never quite enough. It can drain your energy, passion, impact your relationships and blur your professional focus. As an Introvert who specializes in working with Highly Sensitive clients (those who are extremely perceptive, empathetic, with a great capacity for connection with others); I want to help you learn to live more wholeheartedly, find grace and explore your creative strengths.
I enjoy helping couple's create closer friendships, increase emotional responsiveness and intimacy; and feel more deeply connected. We work through presenting problems that foster disconnect and isolation. For client's with anxiety, depression or thought impulsivity I would like to support you and assist you as learn to alleviate stressors with emotion regulation skills.
For couples, I facilitate an emotion focused therapy integrated with John Gottman's methodology. I also utilize cognitive behavior and dialectical therapy.
