Greetings!

My professional career spans over 35 years, combining multiple career paths in industry, mental and physical health, and massage and bodywork. My areas of expertise include mood disorders, anxiety, depression, chronic mental illness, substance abuse, PTSD, trauma, anger, pain, loss and grief, and gender dysphoria, along with education and wellness. In my work, I have the pleasure of working with adults, young adults, elders, Veterans, and the LGBTQ+ community. My work is influenced by several schools of psychotherapy and somatic practices (bodywork); all of which help people to understand their bodies, injuries, emotional lives, relationships, illnesses and personal dynamics as part of their healing process.

I have worked in the South Florida community for the past 26 years as a Clinical Social Worker in agency, hospital, and clinic settings. I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in the states of North Carolina and Florida, and in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and can provide Telemental Health services for people residing in these three states as well. I am a Board Certified-TeleMental Health Provider and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.

I provide remote Telemental Health services only. One of the primary goals of our therapeutic sessions together is to hold a space where people can feel safe as they explore, grow, and heal through the very concerns that brought them to therapy.
