*12 years providing clinical supervision experience at Park Center and Huntington University
*Bachelors of Social Work, St. Francis College in 1978 *Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

If you have "Out-of-Network" benefits, I will give you the paperwork sufficient for you to file for reimbursement yourself (call your insurance provider and ask about out-of-network coverage for behavioral or mental health coverage, the deductible and copay).
