I am a graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and currently own my own practice, Lets Conquer This, where I specialize in child and family therapy.  I also work with individuals and adults in an array of therapeutic areas. 

I help children and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-harming, behavioral difficulties, trauma, and victimization.  The goal is not to "fix" your child, but rather to teach them techniques to help them to conquer challenges in a healthy and productive manner.

Divorce is not easy, so parenting after a divorce isn't exactly cake for everyone.  While parents are going through the whirlwind of trying to figure out their new place in life, kids are often left to experience fighting, grief, loss of control, and many more scary changes that they don't understand and didn't ask for.

In Co Parenting Sessions I help parents understand the world a little better through their children's point of view, while developing a structured and organized co-parenting plan that is tailored to best meet their child's needs.

With over 12 years working in child welfare, I am well versed in the court world, so court orders and expectations are second nature to me.

I do not believe in a "cookie cutter" approach, so my techniques are structured to the individual to best meet your needs.  As a strengths-based social worker, I will push you to achieve your goals in a realistic and honest manner.
